A Brand Ambassadors strategy that turned a relatively conservative advertising budget into authentic, mum-led content — building real community around the brand across Australia and New Zealand.
With a relatively conservative advertising budget, Only Organic needed a resourceful strategy to grow their brand presence and support supermarket sales across Australia and New Zealand. We developed an approach centred around recruiting Brand Ambassadors to generate authentic content and help build a community of mums sharing how they incorporate Only Organic into their daily lives. To incentivise ongoing content creation, Brand Ambassadors were rewarded with generous product gifting each month.
Relevant content was curated and reposted across Only Organic's social media channels. This strategy not only strengthened the brand's reach and engagement, but also fostered genuine, lasting connections with their audience.
Our ongoing responsibilities at Only Organic included managing the social media content schedule, community management, media planning, Meta Advertising, eDMs, and marketing reports.
