These terms apply to your use of the QuickFuse Creative website and services, including the QuickFuse Crew membership and the Creative Desk. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms. QuickFuse Creative is based in Ōhaupō, Waikato, New Zealand.
QuickFuse Creative ("QuickFuse", "we", "us") is a boutique design and marketing studio. The QuickFuse Crew is our membership for in-house marketers, combining course content, hands-on Creative Desk help and Q&A access.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaches these terms or the law.
Crew membership is NZ$80 per month, billed monthly. There are no fixed-term contracts — you can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Membership gives you access to the course content released during your membership, the Creative Desk, and Q&A access. Course content is released over time, and we may add, update or adjust content as the programme develops.
The Creative Desk handles specialist, one-off design tasks. This work sits outside your monthly membership: each job is quoted case by case, and additional costs apply. We'll always provide a quote, and work only begins once you've approved it.
Standalone agency projects are arranged separately and governed by the specific quote, proposal or agreement for that work.
Membership and Creative Desk payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You're responsible for keeping your payment details current. Membership fees are charged in advance each month.
All content on this site and within the Crew — including course material, written content, designs and branding — belongs to QuickFuse Creative unless stated otherwise. Crew content is provided for your own learning and use as a member. Please don't copy, share, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.
Our course content and advice are intended to help you build skills and confidence. We can't guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these depend on many factors, including how the guidance is applied.
To the extent permitted by law, QuickFuse Creative is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
