Working agency knowledge.
Built for the person
doing everything.

Marketing generalists carry the whole creative load — strategy, design, copy, web, email — often without formal training or backup. The Crew gives you a decade of design know-how, on tap. Practical knowledge packaged into bite-size course modules, hands-on help when you need it, and answers from people who do this every day.

The QuickFuse Promise Cancel anytime. No contracts. If the Crew isn't useful in your first 30 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions.

If any of this sounds familiar

You weren't hired to be a designer.
But here you are.

In-house marketing roles have absorbed half a dozen specialist jobs. Strategy, copy, design, social, email, web, brand — all on one desk, often without formal training in any of them. The Crew is built for that reality.

"The brief says marketing, but somehow I'm also doing the brand design."

The marketing-generalist job description is everywhere now. The expectations are staggering — and nobody's training you for the design part. The Crew teaches the design principles and systems we use at agency level, in plain language.

"I spend hours in Canva trying to make a design look right."

It's not a tool problem. It's a speciality problem. When you have a working knowledge of design, you start to understand spacing, type hierarchy, colour, alignment — once you have the rules, you'll become more confident and efficient. Our course modules cover exactly this.

"Our company doesn't have the budget for an agency retainer or inhouse design team."

It can be hard to find reliable help with small (but specialised) ad hoc design tasks — but that might be all you need. The Creative Desk handles one-off jobs, quoted case by case, inside the QuickFuse Crew ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions.

Is this another Skillshare-style course library?+
No. The course modules are only one part of the story. The other two — the Creative Desk and Q&A access — are direct, hands-on work with senior designers.
How does the Creative Desk actually work?+
Specialist ad-hoc work on tap. Submit a brief — vector logo updates, die lines, spot colours, the bits Canva can't do — and we'll quote it case by case inside the Crew. No retainer, no minimums. Approved before we start, senior eyes on every job.
Can I cancel anytime? Are there contracts?+
Membership is month-to-month. Cancel any month from your account with one click.
Who exactly is this built for?+
In-house marketers — particularly the only-marketer-in-the-building, the marketing manager wearing five hats, and small-business owners doing their own brand and content. If "I'm somehow also the designer" sounds familiar, you're who we built it for.
What if I'm not very experienced with design?+
Perfect. The Crew is structured exactly for people who haven't formally trained as designers. Course modules start from systems and principles — not software shortcuts — so they make sense whether you're using Canva, Figma, or paper.
Can my whole team join under one membership?+
For now, memberships are individual. For in-house marketing teams of 2+, drop us a line if that's you and we'll see what we can do.
What if I need full project work, not just help?+
Simply contact us to find out the possibilities for hands-on help.
