Brief us properly. Get great work.

Brief the QuickFuse desk for production help — the same agency hands behind everything else on this site. Vector logo updates, die lines, spot colours, brand application, one-off social or print artwork. Briefed properly, quoted clearly, delivered to spec.

What it is

An agency desk, only when you need it.

The Creative Desk is the production line behind QuickFuse Crew. It's for the work that's too big for a Q&A but too small (or too one-off) to justify a retainer or a whole new agency relationship.

You brief us with as much context as you've got. We come back with questions, a clear quote, and a delivery date. You confirm, we make it, you ship it. The work is done by the same senior hands behind the rest of the QuickFuse portfolio — and at rates that only apply to Crew members.

It's not a replacement for an in-house team or a full retainer. It's a way to get specialist work done well, when the rest of your week is full.

What you can brief

Jobs the Desk is built for.

01

Vector logo & identity tidies

Rebuilds, redraws, spot colours, transparent backgrounds, file format conversions — the version of your logo your printer actually asked for.

02

Print artwork & die lines

Business cards, brochures, packaging, signage. Pre-flight checks, bleed setup, CMYK conversions and a press-ready PDF that won't bounce.

03

Brand application across new touchpoints

Your brand needs to land on something it's never lived on before — vehicle livery, a stand, a uniform, packaging, signage system. We translate, you sign off.

04

One-off social, email or campaign assets

The one piece you can't do in Canva. Animated post, complex eDM, hero campaign image, motion overlay. Briefed, made, handed off.

05

Brand guideline tidies

You've inherited a brand doc that's three versions deep, partly contradicting itself, and missing the bits you actually need. We fix it.

06

Quick brand audits & second opinions

You've designed something. You need someone with fresh eyes to tell you it's working — or where it isn't. Concrete feedback within the week.

How it works

Five steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    You email the Desk

Text, screenshots, links — whatever you've got. The more context you bring, the faster we can quote. There's a briefing-tips section further down if you want a starting frame.

  2. 02

We come back within two working days

With clarifying questions if any, a clear quote, and a realistic delivery date. No surprises on cost, no vague timelines.

  3. 03

    You confirm scope

A short email back, no contracts to sign. We block the time, and the work starts.

  4. 04

    We deliver, you review

You get the work in the format you asked for, plus a short note explaining the choices we made.

  5. 05

One round of revisions, files handed over

Most jobs land first time. If they don't, one round of revisions is included. Bigger pivots are quoted separately so it stays fair both ways.

What we don't do

Where the Desk stops.

✦

Replace a full retainer. If your needs are weekly or sit across multiple disciplines, you want an agency relationship, not a Desk.

✦

Strategy without a brief. Bring a question or a project. We're not here to invent the work on your behalf.

✦

Tweak someone else's open file without seeing the brief that produced it. We'll happily redraw or rebuild — but not silently overwrite another designer's call.

✦

Anything illegal, unkind, or outside our skill set. If we're not the right hands for the job, we'll tell you up front and (usually) point you somewhere better.

Briefing tips

What makes a great brief.

You don't need a formal briefing document — a clear email gets you most of the way. These are the things that help us quote and deliver faster.
